Just because someone is a person of color does not mean they are not a citizen. We are a melting pot country! So to say that it only applies to US citizens is ridiculous! They could be asking US citizens to show their papers. And on top of that, you are not required to carry your ID. And that brings us to due process. If you do not give everyone due process, how the F would you know if a person is a US Citizen?! This whole situation is disgusting and so freaking wrong! We should deport Stephen Miller and Trump!

Even if the people being detained are NOT U.S. citizens, it is in no world morally correct to throw them in overcrowded, dangerous, filthy camps to be exploited and abused and tortured for months or even YEARS before their release.

No due process = armed kidnappings in broad daylight.

I don’t walk around with my ID all of the time. I don’t think that this is good. These goons are also confiscating peoples personal information and wallets, phones, etc and not giving them back. It’s a bunch of crap.

Yeah... when someone got arrested and had a "Real ID" - you know, the ones that are now required to fly and you have to have 2 or 3 pieces of relevant and provable documentation to even get one - the ID was taken away, accused to be false, and the person was taken away. He was released, but NO ID is going to make any difference at this point. Green cards are being taken away as well. If people really understood what it takes to get a green card, they would understand a whole 'nother level of corruption that is taking place besides the deportation of actual American citizens.

Why would an individual who resides in the United States of America seek to serve as a validator of a fellow American, a person who is legally allowed entry via visa, or in progrees toward citizenship.

Or, perhaps reaches ot to a person to aid, not penalize, that person to obtain proper credentials.

It’s my theory that they are not sworn law enforcement officers(not that it would make much difference, they’re assholes as well!) but proud dorks, 3%rs and oathkeepers(what a misnomer that is!) who are given leave to keep what they confiscate. It is after all a criminal regime from the top down. Despicable beyond words whatever the case.

I agree. If they don’t have to supply identification, then why do we?

Remember when the Nazi regime tattooed concentration camp inmates? I'm surprised Stephen Miller and Kristi Noem haven't suggested this. They both seem to really embrace the Nazi mentality.

tRUMP does not have an “administration,” he has a REGIME. We Democrats have to stop using the ReTHUGlicans’ innocuous language that makes everything seem normal. Replace every instance of “administration “ with the words “Trump’s Fascist Regime.” Every. Single. Time. To drive the point home. Meidas Touch, Occupy Democrats, Real America, every left-leaning podcast and YouTube channel should follow suit.

Where are the detention facilities the immigrants are being sent to and who runs them. It would be nice to follow the money, because there is more to the 3000 a day quota on immigrant detainment than is being said.

ICE contracts out the running of these facilities to companies like "CoreCivic, GEO Group, and Management and Training Corp. to operate many of the detention facilities. These companies manage the day-to-day operations of these facilities, including housing, food service, and medical care." Here is a list of detention centers. https://www.ice.gov/detention-facilities

It's not just stopping everyone because of the color of their skin...these thugs are not identified, no badges, wearing civilian clothing, NO recognizable uniform, toting gungs or lasers, and they are using unnecessary force and and inciting fear in everyone. These people are the ones trying to incite civil unrest and hoping they become violent. I believe that many of these people are either maga vigilantes and or bounty hunters. What the hell has our country come to. I'm up there in age and won't be around many more years. I am worried for our children and grandchildren.

This is the most openly corrupt and lawless administration that the United States has ever had to endure. They have been following a modernized version of nearly the exact playbook/ methodology that the Nazis used to accomplish their hostile takeover of the German government since the day that 47 was inaugurated.

White supremacist and fascist ideology is guiding all of their policy decisions.

What they have been doing to the residents of LA is absolutely appalling and wrong. It goes against everything that this country has stood for since the end of the civil war.

I feel that if this is the new standard of how human beings are treated in this country; it warrants them removing the section of the pledge of allegiance; "Indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."

Indivisible:

We are already a divided nation. We have radical maga extremists breaking into the homes of public officials and murdering them just because they are Democrats. This mass deportation terror campaign is dividing us even further. We also have members of the Proud Boys being put into elected and appointed positions, which I think is very unsettling.

With liberty and justice for all:

This should be self explanatory, but I'll mention a few things that prove this is a thing of the past that no longer exists unless you either have the money to buy it or have the proper connections.

Trump pardoned around 1600 people that were involved in the Jan 6th attack on the US Capitol. Most of whom plead guilty to the crimes they were charged with. They beat police officers with a variety of weapons. 4 police officers and 1 civilian died as a result of the attempted insurrection that occurred that day.

Pardoning all of them, especially the ones who beat police officers, is not justice. It is injustice.

Now it seems that almost anyone who can get a seat at one of the million dollar a plate dinners at Maralago can go and advocate for someone to the president for a pardon and be successful in receiving one.

He also pardoned the founder of the Silk Road; a dark web marketplace for drugs, weapons, counterfeit cash, and hiring hitmen. It is rumored that he was pardoned because someone told 47 it would be good for the health of the crypto market, because all transactions on the site were done in crypto currencies.

It seems that in today's America liberty and justice is mostly reserved for those who are of the right skin color and can afford to buy their way out of any trouble they may get into.

What’s happening goes beyond what Hitler's Gestapo did, thanks to Steven Miller and dog-killer Kristie Noem. But while they may not be charged yet, the ICE agents, and those pretending to be, can be charged and sued in state courts. This guy’s warning to ICE is one everyone needs to see. And it’s also worth mentioning that when all is said and done, this regime has fallen or been taken down, the trials will commence and it won’t matter if the perps are 99 years old, they’ll still get tried, just like Germany has been doing to all the sycophants of Hitler and all who were part of the murderous, thieving Gestapo even if they were following orders. Even those who ran the concentration camps, like the Koch brother’s grandparents who ran the concentration camp that their father grew up in. I digress……. here’s the video warning ICE. https://youtu.be/ni30bI3LkdI

PEOPLE (any person) can't have their bodies, homes, papers, and belongings searched and seized without a reason to suspect they may have committed a crime. The warrants are only issued if there is a reason to suspect criminal activity (probable cause). Evidence is needed under oath and the warrant must describe the place to be searched and the people or objects to be seized.
