This "public" would like this judge to impose contempt. That is all.

So, just find this regime in contempt already. What’s the hold up?

I am so waiting for an actual contempt order against Bondi, Rubio, Noem, and Homan. I want to see the marshals appointed by the judge go and arrest them and each one on their perp walk in hand cuffs. I think that is the only thing that is going to whip this bunch up into understanding that WE THE PEOPLE... expect them to follow our Constitution and to follow our laws. That oath they took wasn't just lip service. If they didn't like it, then they can stand down and go live in a country where authoritarianism is acceptable.

Are we getting closer to some actual law abiding? What I really want, after getting back the wrongfully kidnapped people, is seeing Trump regime clowns marched to the slam for contempt.

Contempt charges should have already been made.

Must really suck to be these people tonight and see someone they wrongfully deported brought back to the U.S. under Court Order. Yes, NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW! These people need to keep that in mind every time they disregard court rulings and court orders.

Guatemalan Man Deported To Mexico Returns To US After Court Orders Trump Administration To Do So

He has been returned. Whew! I will bet trump, homan, miller, noem, rubio, and bondi are all chewing through the walls in their respective offices over this one. I will laugh myself into apoplexy when Abrego Garcia sets foot back on U.S. soil and these people have to eat their own words. If these eejits do not want to follow the laws of the U.S., then they should move to countries where the laws are more to their liking.

“O.C.G. fled Guatemala in 2024 due to threats based on his sexuality. His return marks a significant moment in the fight for migrant rights, as legal battles continue to address the errors and ensure due process is adhered to, preventing wrongful deportations.” https://www.devdiscourse.com/article/politics/3447660-return-to-safety-the-legal-battle-of-a-wrongly-deported-guatemalan

Michael Popok- can you please cover why it’s taking so long for Xinis to declare Contempt charges? We, who are not attorneys, don’t have the background to fully understand the reasons. To us, it looks like endless moving of the goalposts for this Justice Department, multiple chances, delays, and failure to comply. What is the reasoning for waiting? Would any other group receive this gloved treatment? Is it because every step must be full, exact and bulletproof before finally declaring contempt charges? I’m only guessing, but if you could address this.

Trump, Attorney General, department of homeland security NOEMS and the lawyers should all be in contempt of the court ruling of judge XINNIS.

And Trump since he's contempt of the Supreme Court should be hauled off in handcuffs and right to jail that's how it's supposed to be according to our constitution and the Supreme Court. So why isn't it happening? He's not above the law. Supreme Court is making it like he's above the law,he's not and either are all the administration . All they do is lie to everyone!, just pure liars. They're unqualified like RFK . Unqualified to manage the health department. He has No Education at all No degree!! All these people he has no experience. HEGSETH IS WORSE!!! Non compliant in secret plan of our security. And His WIFE HAS NO BUSY IN THAT DEPT AT ALL AND NEITHER HIS BROTHER!! HE US FIRING and doing what he wants without any consequences ! SO come on get on the stick Congress and SENATE and do something!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🌹

Thanks Judge Xinis for the judgement. Hope that this regime is found in contempt, fined, arrested, made to walk the “walk of shame in cuffs & shackles, and jailed! The public has the right to know, that means We the People what’s in the sealed documents that the govt has given the judge. Will be following along with you Popok for the continuation of this case!
