Why haven’t the democrats initiated this process? Some are attorneys so they know the law!
If they are to be removed all at once, they must be charged all at once and then tried all at once and then convicted all at once, and then removed. Otherwise, they will have to be charged one at a time and removed one at a time. Removing one does not remove anyone who works for him/her unless the successor comes in and fires them all.
Agreed, the 25th Amendment won't cut it at all - I fear it would only get worse with Vance as their puppet - definitely need ARTICLE II SECTION IV -
It has likely not been done yet because, thus far, not enough of the MAGA crew have the conscience to do it...even though only a majority is needed in the HOR to bring Impeachment proceedings, the Senate has to have a two-thirds vote for it - presided over by the guy at the helm of the compromised SCOTUS, Chief Justice Roberts, who himself seems at least a MAGA sympathizer.

In order to impeach, they need a vote of the majority of the House. In order to convict, they need a vote of 2/3 of the Senate. Democrats have neither. And, as Blusmurf points out, they'd need to impeach all at once.
In the case of the President, on conviction of impeachment, the Vice-President becomes President, and nominates someone to be Vice President, subject to confirmation by the House & Senate. Should both be removed, the Presidential Successor Act of 1947 governs, with the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, then the Speaker of the House, then various cabinet officials.
Because they don't have any--or much--power right now. They need a majority--BIG majority--in the house and senate. And even if they get that next year, the Dictator A**h**e will still be in the Oval Office and will make sure nothing happens.

On one hand, Trump and his cult protect criminals (the Tate brothers, MBS, and Trump's favorite dictator of the day, just to name a very few); on the other hand, they have no problem murdering people (Venezuelans) with total abandon and calling for the deaths of Democrats whose only crime was telling the truth.

Reminds me of the teen-ager who weighs in on the pluses & minuses of doing illegal drugs. As adults we look at them and our first question is "how do you know that? Were you experimenting?"
