The not-so-supreme court continues to pander to Trump and assist him in undermining our constitution. I'm sure plenty of people will be kidnapped and treated roughly even if they're U.S. citizens. Given the huge amount os money paid to "ICE" members to join or work in some areas, as well as incentives for "captures", this has nothing to do with the law or immigration. We've got to get Trump impeached or something before we no longer have a constitution and democracy, He's clearly exhibiting treason (Putin), which he has for years. And that's been Putin's incentive to help him "win" elections, this last time along with Musk. There is good evidence that merits further investigation and action. Also Musk's huge "campaign donation" was illegal for him as a government contractor.

It shouldn't be surprising that the SCOTUS majority allowed rampant 4th amendment violations, embracing racial profiling, employment status bias, and use of speech as a cudgel to round up human beings and spirit them away without due process. With grandiosity, they betowed immunity on the executive when the founders in the constitution and in their writings were adamant that such ifmmunity did not exist. They granted immunity to the legislative branch, but intentionally withheld it from the presidency. And yet, here we are, with a corrupt president flaunting his get out of jail free card as he fleeces the nation. .I pray that people will be clear eyed and fight for our constitutional democracy.

The current Supreme Court is a joke. They seem to have as much sense as The Idiot, Trump. WTF, did they all fall out of the same school? Oh, my bad, they all have the same pedophiles as the GOP they have to answer to...

Oh you are much too kind Fred. #FacistSCOTUS6 led by Chief Justice Roberts, are down right treasonous criminals. I firmly believe #FacistRacistRoberts and his FascistRacist5 contributed to the content of Project2025. Roberts clerked for Rhenquist during the Regan White House years and the three of them began dismantling 1965 Civil Rights Legislation. Roberts has never stopped. Come Nov 2026, midterms you can expect all of the "wrong kind of voters" #FascistSCOTUS6 eyes will have their voting rights "suspended." My guess, all people of color, and women of every race. They want America under white male rule ONLY.

When we take back this country: they go too. A new government, a new constitution.

A new constitution is not such a great idea. Our founders were pretty brilliant.

The founders essentially left a monarchy behind for an oligarchy. The Constitution and subsequent laws are all in protection of the wealthiest of the land. We the people never actually was intended to mean all Americans, and I'm not just talking about Black folks, it excluded the none land owner of the time and now the American working class. Pull up Tad Stoermer on YouTube for objective American History. He's a well renowned professor of history.

As others above have said: a constitutional congress can look at the framework set forth by the forefathers and add guardrails. Right now, we have left it unchanged for 250 years: could you imagine leaving any foundation or anything sitting on top of a foundation untouched for 250 years? All it would need is a good storm, sustained wind to pull it apart, piece-by-piece. It’s why oligarchs have come in and have taken a sledge hammer to it, when it should have had guardrails in place. They knew of monarchy: now we have autocracies, dictatorships, socialism and communism. As technology grows us and connects us as people, we now have a way to make a stronger union vs this electoral autocracy trying to pass as a democracy.

So how can they rule that DEI cannot be used for admission yet they can use racial profiling for the arrest of suspected illegals.
