Judge Luttig is very credible and articulate in terms of the impacts of legal actions. It is great he is on the Legal AF platform on a regular basis. Whenever he is on, I learn an amazing amount about these very complex situations.
THEY BROKE 14th AMENDMENT SEC 3 … so did SCOTUS. They are traitors committing treason sold our freedom out TO PUTIN.
At least three justices on the Supreme Court need to be in prison along with Trump and all of his cabinet, including Mark Meadows and every single Congress person and senator who claims to be Maga.
It should be tRump, his entire regime, gestapo and immediate family. Plus SCOTUS! Treason, criminal activities, war crimes, the desecration of our Constitution and the destruction of the People's House East Wing and Rose Garden. tRump should be then be forced to pay, out of all the money he's grifted off the office, to rebuild the East Wing and Rose Garden!!!
And while locked up, they should be under a no-propaganda order (a "gag order" is probably the best we can do) and if they violate that, their sentences should be increased. (Even if serving life sentences, an increase in the sentence should make early parole less likely.) We can't have them running criminal operations from behind bars.
What I don’t understand is that if other supreme court decisions have been successfully overturned for better or worse (e.g. roe v wade) - then why hasn’t someone challenged the legitimacy of this immunity ruling - especially given what this video says - that it is just a made up opinion not based on precedents or language from the past?

Judge Luttig was often (~ 2, 3, 4 decades ago) mentioned as a potential SCOTUS Justice every time a seat became vacant during a GOP administration; his conservative credentials are impeccable and friend and foe agree on his deep knowledge and understanding of the law.
But now, with our current knowledge of the Roberts Court, it is clear why he was never nominated: J. Michael Luttig has integrity.
